Digital delivery

SongCuddle creates personalized songs using AI music and lyric tools, based on the details you provide. You can review and edit your lyrics before music generation. Our current song intake creates songs in English.

You can listen to a free personalized preview before buying, without entering card details. If you purchase, the full song continues the same recording you previewed. Song length varies unless a specific length is expressly included in the offer you choose.

The delivery time for your selected option is shown before payment. Standard delivery is within 48 hours after successful payment. Express, when offered, is within 30 minutes after successful payment. After successful payment, the saved full song is released automatically and we email you its private listening page and downloadable MP3. If the stated time has passed, contact support@songcuddle.com.

If you purchase Words to Keep, your delivery also includes a printable PDF of the lyrics with the recipient's name. No physical print, frame, CD or other shipped item is included. There is no physical shipping charge.

Save your preview email to return to the same song. The preview purchase-return link is available for 90 days from creation. Paid delivery links are valid for 30 days after issue. Download your MP3 and any PDF while the link is active. If a link expires or a file does not open, email us for help.

If a requested correction needs a replacement recording, we will explain that before replacing your song. A replacement may have different music or vocals.
