SongCuddle service terms

About the service

SongCuddle creates personalized digital musical gifts from the information you submit. We use AI lyric and music tools. You can review and edit your lyrics before creating the preview, and the saved full recording is released automatically after successful payment. Your selected genre and voice guide the result; they do not identify a particular singer or promise an exact imitation of an existing recording. We adapt story details into lyrics rather than necessarily singing every word of your submission verbatim.

Your details

Provide an email address you can access and check the recipient's name and other details before submitting. Include pronunciation notes for a name that may be difficult to say. Only submit material you are entitled to share for creating the song, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or someone else. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

Preview and purchase

Creating a preview does not require payment. Buying the full song is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices for the song and any optional extras are shown before payment; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Only the items you choose and pay for are included. Words to Keep is an optional digital PDF, not a physical product.

Use of your files

The service provides a downloadable song and, if purchased, a printable lyric PDF so you can save and give the gift. The offer does not promise exclusive copyright ownership, exclusive musical output, commercial distribution rights or acceptance by a music-streaming service.
